Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 14, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FieldMapr websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by FieldMapr LLC. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of terms

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You are responsible for how users in your organization use the Service and for configuring workspace permissions appropriately.

Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection) through our third-party payment provider. Prices, plan limits, and features are described on our pricing page and may change with notice as described below.

Free trials and promotional offers, when available, are subject to the terms shown at signup. Unless otherwise stated, trials convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period if you do not cancel.

Taxes may apply. Failed payments may result in suspension of paid features until payment is resolved.

Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund amounts already paid, except where required by law or explicitly stated in a promotion. After cancellation, your account may revert to free-tier limits or become read-only according to your plan terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by excessive automated requests
  • Upload malware or content that infringes others' rights
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or poses risk to the Service or other users.

Customer, property, and field data ownership

You retain ownership of the business, customer, property, map, inspection, and other field data you enter or upload into the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit Your Data solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service — including generating reports, exports, and AI-assisted suggestions you request.

You are responsible for obtaining any consents and permissions required to collect, store, and process Your Data, including customer and property information.

AI assistant disclaimer

The Service may include an AI assistant designed to help with irrigation-related summaries, report language, and field notes. AI output is generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your specific situation.

The AI assistant does not diagnose irrigation systems, detect faults automatically, or replace licensed professional judgment. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before using it in reports, customer communications, or field decisions.

No professional, legal, or engineering advice

The Service provides software tools for documentation and workflow support. It does not provide irrigation engineering, legal, regulatory, or professional consulting advice. You should consult qualified professionals for code compliance, system design, safety, and legal matters.

Service availability

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, and events outside our reasonable control may cause temporary interruptions. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but sections that by nature should survive (such as limitations of liability and data ownership) will survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where required by law. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
