Terms & Conditions

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You are responsible for how users in your organization use the Service and for configuring workspace permissions appropriately.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection) through our third-party payment provider. Prices, plan limits, and features are described on our pricing page and may change with notice as described below.

Free trials and promotional offers, when available, are subject to the terms shown at signup. Paid-plan trials started at signup do not require a payment method and do not convert to a paid subscription unless you choose a plan and complete checkout. When a trial ends without a subscription, the workspace continues on the Free plan.

Some plans include lighting mockup credits. You may also purchase optional mockup credit packs through our payment provider. Unused credits are not refundable for cash except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase.

Taxes may apply. Failed payments may result in suspension of paid features until payment is resolved.

You may cancel a paid subscription through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund amounts already paid, except where required by law or explicitly stated in a promotion. After cancellation, your account may revert to free-tier limits or become read-only according to your plan terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by excessive automated requests or by scraping or abusing mockup generation or credit systems
• Upload malware or content that infringes others' rights
• Use lighting mockups or generated images to misrepresent materials, placement, or a finished installation to a customer
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or poses risk to the Service or other users.

You retain ownership of the business, customer, property, map, inspection, holiday lighting design, photograph, mockup, proposal/agreement, and other field data you enter or upload into the Service ("Your Data"), including records created when your customers use proposal portal links you send. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit Your Data solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service — including generating reports, exports, AI-assisted suggestions, and image generation or edits you request.

You are responsible for obtaining any consents and permissions required to collect, store, and process Your Data, including customer and property information and photographs of service sites.

When you upload photographs or other images (including property photos used for holiday lighting designs), you represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload them and to have them processed by the Service and its providers. Do not upload images you are not authorized to use.

Holiday lighting mockups and designs are illustrative sales and planning aids. They are not a warranty of materials, placement, color accuracy, code compliance, structural suitability, or the finished installation. You are responsible for reviewing mockups before showing them to homeowners and for the install that follows.

The Service may let you send proposals and agreements to your customers through tokenized portal links. Those agreements are between you (the contractor) and your customer. FieldMapr is not a party to that contract and does not mediate disputes between you and your customers.

Electronic signatures and related consents you collect through the Service are tools for your business records. You are responsible for whether electronic signing is appropriate for your transactions and for complying with applicable e-sign and consumer laws.

FieldMapr's payment provider account is used for FieldMapr subscriptions and optional mockup credit purchases only. We do not collect job, deposit, or other contractor-invoice card payments through FieldMapr's Stripe account. You may record payments your customer already made, or use your own billing tools (for example Jobber or Housecall Pro), for deposits and job invoices.

The Service may include Fielden, FieldMapr's built-in AI assistant. Fielden can help with irrigation maps, inspections, holiday lighting, summaries, report language, field notes, looking up workspace records, and (on our public website) product questions. Lighting mockup images may be generated on a lighting design. AI output is generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your specific situation.

Fielden does not diagnose systems, detect faults automatically, design or approve electrical or structural work, or replace licensed professional judgment for irrigation or lighting. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated workspace content before using it in reports, customer communications, mockups shown to homeowners, or field decisions. Website Fielden chat is informational only and is not advice or a commitment about pricing, features, or availability.

The Service provides software tools for documentation and workflow support. It does not provide irrigation engineering, lighting design certification, legal, regulatory, or professional consulting advice. You should consult qualified professionals for code compliance, system design, safety, and legal matters.

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, and events outside our reasonable control may cause temporary interruptions. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but sections that by nature should survive (such as limitations of liability and data ownership) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where required by law. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
